This enterprise specializes in the research and development of premium food-grade flavorings, seasonings, and other product ingredients. I. Project Background

Southern Environmental Protection has designed a new exhaust gas treatment system for a well-known seasoning manufacturer in Guangdong.

Seasoning Production Line

This enterprise specializes in the research and development of premium food-grade flavorings, seasonings, and other product ingredients. It focuses exclusively on producing meat and seafood flavorings along with their extracts. The manufacturing processes—such as mixing and grinding—are accompanied by high-concentration odors that not only fluctuate significantly but also feature complex compositions. II. Sources of Odor

The Southern Environmental Protection Technology Team ventured deep into the production floor to conduct a comprehensive and meticulous investigation of odor sources. Based on various operational conditions, they designed systems to collect and treat exhaust gases from the seasoning production line, pulverizers, star anise workshop, microwave processing line, pre-mixing room, fume hoods, and storage areas—achieving a total treatment capacity of 9,000 m³/h.
