Job Responsibilities:
1. Be fully responsible for the end-to-end management of environmental equipment installation projects, including resource integration, project planning, leading project implementation, and promptly coordinating to resolve various issues arising during construction, ensuring the project is completed on time, with high quality, and according to specifications.
2. Responsible for project cost control, preparing project budgets efficiently, and rigorously reviewing project expense expenditures. By optimizing construction plans and appropriately allocating resources, we aim to reduce project costs and enhance overall project profitability.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, supervisors, and other relevant parties, promptly addressing feedback from all sides to enhance customer satisfaction and improve project collaboration efficiency.
4. Assist with collecting payments.
Job requirements:
1. Educational Qualification and Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage, Architecture, or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering;
2. Work Experience: At least two years of experience in engineering construction and project management;
3. Business Travel Area: Able to handle frequent business trips; travel areas: Central and East China regions.
4. Comprehensive Skills: Possess strong stress tolerance, effective interpersonal communication abilities, adaptability, as well as the capacity for independent analysis and problem-solving.

1. Possesses strong analytical skills and logical thinking, demonstrates a sense of responsibility and high resilience under pressure, and is capable of independently completing projects.
2. Possessing insightful thinking, independent analytical skills, as well as strong learning, innovation, and verbal communication abilities;
3. Passionate about product operations, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation and tackling challenging problems;
4. Proficient in PRD creation and prototype design; candidates with banking industry experience, or those familiar with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, or online monetization industries, are preferred.
5. Possess strong stress tolerance, execution skills, and a robust ability to learn.
