I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the comprehensive management of equipment-related tasks within the technical department, providing guidance, training, supervision, performance evaluation, and fostering a skilled technical team. Also, coordinate with related departments to enhance the overall efficiency of the technical division.
2. Coordinate, plan, and organize the design, improvement, and implementation of product and equipment-related projects within the business unit.
3. Responsible for promptly providing installation, fabrication plans, and mechanical design drawings for all projects within the business division, while also offering technical support and ensuring equipment-related assistance to guarantee product quality.
4. Complete the relevant task targets assigned by the company.
II. Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, in a mechanical engineering-related field;
2. More than 5 years of experience in equipment and related design fields; prior consideration will be given to candidates with relevant organizational and management experience.
3. Possesses a strong sense of ambition, responsibility, and teamwork, along with excellent coordination skills.
4. Possesses upright character, a strong sense of the bigger picture, and is honest and diligent.
